Our Recruitment Process

In order to maintain clarity between our staff and clients, we follow a simple and effective recruitment process.  It also enables us to provide timely and quality services.

STEP 1

CONTRACT SIGNING

A recruitment contract is negotiated on the basic policies agreeable to both parties. Each contract goes through a process comprising several stages which are negotiated between the client and us.

STEP 2

Analyzing the Requirements

We then study the clients manpower needs and ensure the agreement taken into consideration, the interest of both client and the personnel. The process requires a few documents from the client which must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce.

STEP 3

Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney document is signed off in order to conduct all work connected with recruitment on behalf of the client.

STEP 4

Agreement

The Agency agreement is signed off between client and Skyways Management

STEP 5

Order Signing

A service level Order is signed off by the client as a confirmation that contains all details of manpower, number of vacancies, salary structures, other benefits and  terms and conditions applicable to the order.

STEP 6

Employees Contracts

Employment contracts of new recruits are signed between employer and employees and project is signed-off
